Casino is the name of an Atari 2600 video game. The game was programmed by Bob Whitehead & was first released in ‘78. Up to four people can play this game by using the famous Atari Paddles.
The casino game allows you to see the casino environment from an overhead perspective. You can choose to play one of three card games: poker solitaire, blackjack, and five-card stud poker. You can play the poker solitaire on your own, and the other games feature the computer as the dealer, and the players can place bets and play in a rotating fashion.

The Atari Casino game has two blackjack variants. Two players can play the first blackjack variant and the game allows for hand splitting. Four players can take part in Game 2 but you are not allowed to split your poker hands. One to four players can play the stud poker game whereas you only need one player for poker solitaire. You have to arrange the cards to create the 12 best poker hands you can manage.
